Dr. Goldin is TRULY a chiropractic miracle worker! A few weeks ago, I was struggling with some long-term muscle spasm pain in my left leg/gluteus to the extent that I was limping when I walked. Expecting bad news, I was delightfully surprised when Dr. Goldin skillfully explained that it was just an overuse of my left side after a thorough X-ray examination. I had my first acupuncture/dry needling experience. Completely. Changed. My. Life. Instantly, I felt relief in my muscle tissue and afflicted area, and with a follow-up visit and a sports massage appointment, I am fully on the road to recovery. I also used to be scared of chiropractors, but I can tell you Dr. G is 100% a master expert at her craft—not to mention wonderfully energetic and friendly! I cannot begin to tell you how life-changing it has been to be a patient at Coastal Spine and Sport. My recent rescue by Dr Goldin has provided me with pain relief I was not finding with injections. Injections wore off, and the full pain returned; adjustments are addressing my pain at the source. This time around, in just a few months, I went from barely walking and choosing handicapped ramps to 5,000-10,000 steps a day. Yes, I have underlying issues that cause minor pain, but I can move again. Thank you for your continued care over the years!
